Aeva Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead day-to-day NPI and prototype production activities across multiple projects in Mountain View, CA. You will coordinate resources to keep builds on schedule, ensuring adherence to engineering docs and configuration control.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing/NPI and 2+ years in team leadership, with an associates degree in a technical field (bachelors preferred). Experience with ERP/MES/PLM and CI is valued.
