Senior Marketing Specialist

Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to support a High-End Corporate Client that rapidly growing near Mountain View, CA and San Francisco, CA.

We are looking for a creative and highly organized Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic, individual contributor role that bridges the gap between traditional marketing, internal communications, and digital management. You will be the brand steward for our internal environment, ensuring that our digital platforms and physical spaces are engaging, up-to-date, and aligned with our corporate identity.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can pivot from designing high-stakes presentation decks to managing real-time chat channels with ease.

• Internal Digital Management
  • Site Page Design:
    Design, build, and maintain internal website pages to ensure content is intuitive and visually compelling.
  • Chat Ecosystem:
    Manage internal chat channels, overseeing updates, channel architecture, and engagement strategies to keep internal communications streamlined.
• Creative Design & Signage
  • Internal Promotions:
    Concept and design physical and digital signage for internal campaigns, office events, and cultural initiatives. Creation of seasonal signage across sites.
  • Brand Consistency:
    Ensure all internal-facing collateral meets company brand standards and aesthetic quality.
• Executive Support
  • Support Deck Proposals:
    Partner with leadership to design and polish high-impact pitch decks and internal proposals.
  • Data Visualization:
    Translate complex ideas and data into clean, persuasive visual layouts.
• General Marketing Support
  • Assist with broader marketing campaigns and administrative tasks as needed to support the department’s overall goals.

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, and G-Suite.
• Experience managing web content via Google Site Pages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage chat etiquette and moderate digital communities.
• A proven track record of managing project from start to finish without the need for direct reports or constant supervision.
