Overview

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Project Manager III in Mountain View, CA. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager III to join our Marketing Craft Development & Capabilities team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize programs to develop craft skills, capabilities, and the way we work, ensuring alignment with business goals. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Marketing, People & Places (HR), and t4i (IT) to drive operational excellence and serve as a key enabler and change agent for AI workflow transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage learning request intake process, program manage live learning events (in‑person and virtual) and experience recruitment, manage/drive event communications, and handle event/experience logistics.
  • Drive awareness, enrollment and adoption of mandatory AI skills‑development initiatives by executing communications with a focus on personalization, automation and excellence.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of learning technologies, providing recommendations on how to scale efficiently.
  • Support customer feedback sessions, manage external vendors and project timelines, and serve as the project manager for all web changes.
  • Evaluate and analyze learning experience effectiveness and support the measurement of craft skill adoption in collaboration with the Craft Skill Development team; share and execute actionable improvement, optimization and best practice recommendations; provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Maintain learning content updates on Craft Skills catalog, ensuring it is up‑to‑date with the latest content and resources.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in program management or talent development, preferably in a marketing or related field.
  • Experience with Craft Skills, Talent Development or Competency Development.
  • Strong understanding of operational best practices and resource management.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative operational strategies.
  • Proficiency in operational management tools and systems (Airtable, Workato, Mailchimp, Docebo) and experience with AI‑powered learning platforms or skills enablement technologies.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k) and life, disability and ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
