Temporary Senior Marketing Events Coordinator

• Lead and support event planning from concept to completion, including invitation strategy and creation, promotion, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, on-site execution, post-event follow-up, and ROI analysis
• Ensure events are delivered on time, on brand, and within budget
• Recommend and implement improvements to existing programs and help develop new event strategies to boost engagement and efficiency
• Provide onsite support for in-office and other onsite events as needed
• Partner with business development and attorneys to plan and execute client appreciation and relationship-building events
• Support budget tracking, ROI reporting, and strategic alignment for client-hosted events
• Identify opportunities to streamline event and marketing workflows using AI tools
• Support adoption of AI platforms such as Claude and Writer
• Support budget oversight, invoice processing, and vendor management
• Participate in team-wide initiatives and special projects as assigned
• Report to the Events Manager

• Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and collaborating with senior leaders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
• Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with marketing/event platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Splash, Click Up, and other event management tools
• Experience with AI platforms such as Claude and Writer
• Collaborative mindset with a client-service orientation
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Strong judgment, professionalism, and sense of discretion
• Willingness to travel and support evening/weekend events as needed
• 3-5 years of event planning or marketing experience in a fast-paced professional services environment
• Bachelor's degree required;
  Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred

Demonstrates expertise in event planning and management, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and ROI analysis. Proficient in utilizing AI tools and marketing platforms to enhance event strategies and streamline workflows.
