This position is specifically designed for new and recent college graduates
. You do not need years of professional marketing experience. Current college seniors who are graduating soon are also encouraged to apply.

We are looking for raw creative talent, extraordinary initiative, and evidence that you love making things.

You might have studied art, design, film, advertising, marketing, communications, computer science, business, English, engineering, or something completely unrelated. Your major matters much less to us than what you have actually created
.

You might be an artist, filmmaker, designer, photographer, Tik Tok creator, meme-maker, animator, marketer, AI experimenter, or some combination nobody has a good title for yet.

We are looking for a creator first.

We don't want someone who just prompts AI.

We use AI aggressively, and we want someone fascinated by tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, Sora, Eleven Labs, Hey Gen and whatever launches next month.

But knowing how to use AI is not the same thing as being creative.

We want someone with taste

You should recognize when an image looks wrong, when a video feels fake, when the first two seconds of a Tik Tok are boring, when a joke isn't funny, when typography is ugly, and when an AI-generated concept simply needs to be thrown away.

AI should amplify your creativity, not replace it.

Your portfolio matters more than your résumé.

If you just graduated and don't have much professional experience,
that is okay.

Show us what you have made.

Videos. Tik Toks. Instagram accounts. Short films. Photography. Illustrations. Posters. Websites. Ads. Memes. AI films. Campus campaigns. Music videos. Animation. Side projects. A business you tried to start.

School projects count. Personal projects count. Things you created for fun count.

We would rather hire a new graduate with an amazing portfolio and zero years of agency experience than someone with five years of marketing experience who isn't exceptionally creative.

You will help become a creative engine behind Trademarkia, Sue Easy, PatentVC, Patent Express.ai and other products we are building.

You will create Tik Toks, Instagram Reels, You Tube Shorts and paid social ads from idea through finished product. You will shoot and edit real video, create AI-assisted video and imagery, develop hooks and campaigns, create memes and social concepts, and help manage our Tik Tok and Instagram presence.

You will also help run and optimize social advertising, study what performs, rapidly create variations of winning concepts, and learn how creative work translates into actual customer acquisition.

And marketing isn't limited to a screen. We want someone who thinks about guerrilla marketing, events, street campaigns, partnerships, stunts, college campuses and unconventional ways of getting people to notice a brand.

We don't want to hand you a content calendar every Monday and tell you exactly what to make.

We want you coming to us with ideas.

This could be your first full-time job after college
.

What matters is that you are unusually creative, proactive, hardworking and curious.

You should love Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube and internet culture. You should enjoy making and editing video. You should have strong visual taste and understand storytelling.

You should experiment constantly with AI without depending on it to think for you.

Most importantly, you should be the kind of person who sees something that could be better and starts making it better without waiting to be asked.

$85,000-$110,000 base salary
, depending on demonstrated creative ability, portfolio and experience, plus potential performance-based compensation.

We are intentionally willing to pay at the top end of the market for an exceptional entry-level candidate
