Role Overview:
You will support go-to-market execution, AI research conferences, and external communications for strategic AI and research initiatives. You will serve as a key operational owner across interconnected work streams, building roadmaps, coordinating stakeholders, executing events, establishing processes, and measuring results. This role requires independence in an ambiguous environment and collaboration with senior stakeholders across marketing, design, communications, legal, social, research, and academic organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain quarterly GTM roadmaps aligned with product launches and key milestones
- Partner with U.S. and international marketing teams to leverage existing efforts
- Identify new marketing opportunities through communities, channels, conferences, and events
- Collaborate with design teams to develop campaign assets including content, graphics, and social posts
- Ensure GTM initiatives align with broader brand voice and communication calendar
- Manage end-to-end external AI research conference participation, including planning, logistics, measurement, and post-event analysis
- Define KPIs and success criteria for conferences to evaluate performance
- Coordinate across vendors, budgets, internal stakeholders, and external partners
- Develop and execute booth strategies, logistics, and onsite engagement activities
- Track and report post-conference ROI across the full funnel
- Use data to recommend future conference strategies and investments
- Manage external communication and PR initiatives related to research milestones, grants, papers, and partnerships
- Develop communication plans and manage workflows from planning to publication
- Coordinate approval processes with program leadership, legal, social, and executives
- Track deliverables, approvals, and milestones to meet schedules
- Manage relationships with principal investigators, universities, and academic partners
- Draft external stakeholder communications and coordinate with university PR teams
- Prepare communication kits with messaging, links, graphics, and materials
- Coordinate messaging across channels including blogs, social media, internal platforms, and intranet
- Build reusable resources like templates, trackers, boiler plates, and outreach materials
- Measure and report on reach, engagement, and partner amplification post-launch
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and channel calendar for all initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in GTM, marketing, communications, or program management, ideally within B2B technology or research organizations
- Proven experience managing event or conference marketing end-to-end, including budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, and ROI analysis
- Experience managing external communications and PR workflows, including approval processes involving legal, communications, and executives
- Strong cross-functional program management experience partnering with design, marketing, communications, legal, social, and regional/international marketing teams
- Experience defining KPIs, analyzing results, and translating data into actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to create scalable and reusable systems, templates, trackers, and processes
- Experience building trust and communicating effectively with senior and VP-level stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, stakeholders, and dependencies simultaneously
- Comfort operating with high ambiguity and autonomy, including establishing new processes
