The RoleThis is a hands‑on, 0→1 marketing role spanning brand strategy, product marketing, B2B marketing and consumer marketing. You'll own brand strategy and positioning across News Break, NDot AI and Nearby AI, with a primary focus on B2B marketing for NDot AI and Nearby AI, and responsibility for B2C brand and consumer marketing for News Break and Nearby AI. You'll translate that strategy into websites, product positioning, GTM materials, campaigns, content and thought leadership that drive awareness, customer acquisition and user growth.
You should be equally comfortable defining company and product positioning, developing B2B and B2C campaigns, writing compelling messaging and content, and personally driving key launches and marketing assets — while partnering closely with Product, GTM, PR/Comms and business leaders. This role is not primarily focused on performance marketing or paid user acquisition.
Location: Mountain View, CA
What You’ll Do- Build and own the brand and messaging architecture across News Break, NDot AI and Nearby AI, with distinct audiences, value propositions, proof points and calls to action for each.
- Translate that architecture into websites and core GTM materials, including sales decks/one‑pagers, launch messaging and reusable proof points.
- Build and manage a content calendar across all three businesses — customer stories, product launches, industry insights, executive content and events — and track what drives engagement and customer interest.
- Grow News Break's consumer brand story around local life beyond news, carrying it consistently across the website, campaigns, PR/comms and other consumer‑facing surfaces.
- Make NDot AI more visible and credible with publishers by turning customer results into case studies and proof points, improving the website and content, and tailoring materials for priority publisher segments.
- Build provider‑facing B2B marketing for Nearby AI's home‑services network alongside a consumer brand for homeowners, with positioning, campaigns and content that support trust, acquisition and partnerships.
- Support major launches, events, industry moments and PR/comms across all three businesses.
- Build a repeatable marketing engine and operating cadence — launches, campaigns, customer stories, thought leadership, sales enablement — that scales across multiple businesses without becoming a centralized bottleneck.
- Partner closely with Product, GTM, PR/comms and business leaders to turn capabilities and customer outcomes into a clear external narrative.
- Director/Senior Director-level experience in brand marketing, product marketing or B2B/platform marketing.
- A track record of owning positioning and category narrative, and personally driving major product or platform launches.
- Experience marketing…
