Menlo Church in Mountain View seeks a Next Gen Associate dedicated to growing our Next Gen ministry across multiple campuses. You will lead volunteers, equip parents, and create environments where kids and students encounter Jesus, build meaningful friendships, and grow in their faith.
Partnering with the Next Gen Director and campus teams, you will recruit, train, onboard, and develop volunteers, align weekly curriculum, and implement practical tools and systems to sustain healthy volunteer teams.
