• Partner with the Head of Partnerships & Fundraising to develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for India.
• Identify and prioritise new donor segments, partnerships, and funding opportunities.
• Build and deepen relationships with existing donors through regular engagement and strategic reviews.
• Ensure strong alignment between donor priorities and Khan Academy's mission and programs.
• Lead end-to-end fundraising efforts, including prospecting, pipeline development, and donor outreach.
• Develop high-quality proposals, presentations, and communication materials for foundations and individual donors.
• Represent Khan Academy at conferences, events, and networking forums.
