Schedule / Availability
:

  • Available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) regularly.
  • Minimum 3 days available to work per week, with one of those days a Friday or Monday (highly preferred).
  • Available to work during Clinic Operating Hours (subject to change).
  • Minimum 1 day per week but will regularly work 1-2 days per week; may work up to 3 days per week.
  • Must commit to schedule 60 days in advance.
Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe and effective treatments to clients while providing an exceptional customer experience. The role includes performing laser-based or aesthetic procedures, educating clients on skincare and post‑treatment care, and maintaining compliance with medical and organizational standards. The RN collaborates with the clinic team to ensure a welcoming and professional environment while upholding the highest standards of safety and care.

Education
:

  • Associate degree in Nursing

License and Certifications
:

  • Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Physical Demands
  • Requirement to sit and stand for long periods; may lift and move inventory and other clinic assets.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with appointment scheduling platforms such as Zenoti or comparable tools.
  • Experience in aesthetics, dermatology, customer service, or sales.
  • Knowledge of skin types, treatment indications, and pre/post‑care requirements.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills to create a positive and comfortable client experience while delivering treatments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to educate clients.
  • Ability to effectively problem‑solve to assess client needs and address concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Strong team collaboration to work seamlessly with clinic staff to achieve shared goals.
  • Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, and able to provide safe and therapeutic services.
  • Attention to detail in following medical protocols and prioritizing client safety.
  • Strong listening and conversational skills.
Responsibilities
  • Perform non‑invasive treatments, including laser therapies, under the direction of medical protocols and company standards.
  • Assess client eligibility for treatments by reviewing medical history, obtaining informed consent, and addressing client questions or concerns.
  • Administer treatments with precision and care, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout the procedure.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Educate clients on the benefits, risks, and expected outcomes of treatments, as well as post‑treatment care instructions.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring they feel confident and well‑informed about their care plan.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a positive and professional client experience.
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to medical or clinic leadership when necessary.
  • Partner with the clinic team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clinic staff to ensure seamless client care and clinic operations.
  • Support clinic goals by promoting additional services, skincare products, or treatment packages to clients.
  • Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain equipment, documenting and reporting any issues to clinic leadership.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, new procedures, and safety standards through continuing education.
  • Participate in training sessions or continuing education to learn new treatments or technologies.
  • Assist with special events or promotional activities to support client acquisition and retention.
  • Provide mentorship or guidance to new nurses or clinic staff as needed.
