Key Responsibilities- Perform physical, visual, and dimensional inspections of incoming raw materials, components, and assemblies against blueprints, engineering drawings, purchase orders, and specifications.

- Review incoming material documentation, including Certificates of Conformance (CoC), material test reports (MTRs), and packing lists for accuracy and traceability.

- Physically segregate and tag non-conforming materials in designated quarantine areas to prevent accidental use.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, and Supplier Quality teams to resolve material discrepancies and clarify technical specifications.
- 2+ years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in a manufacturing, aerospace, medical device, or automotive environment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Proven experience using precision handheld measurement tools.
- Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Quality Management Software (QMS).
- Associate degree or technical certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Inspector - CQI).
- Experience with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) or vision inspection systems.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and bending in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
- Excellent visual acuity (with or without corrective lenses) for close-up inspection work.
