The Department Specialist will maintain proper in-stock levels of merchandise, develop product knowledge, present a professional image, and assist with store operations to provide a clean and organized shopping environment.

• Customer Service
  :
  Project a positive representation of the company, proactively assist customers, greet and thank customers, maintain courteous communication, forward unresolved complaints to management, and demonstrate product and store knowledge.
• Store Operations
  :
  Responsible for cycle counting, inventory upkeep, receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining back-stock levels, ensuring a clean and orderly sales floor, stock room and outdoor area, handling price changes, negative on-hand reports, merchandise resets, signage, forklift operation and maintenance, communicating store support issues, attending meetings, and providing merchandising ideas to management.

Ability to incorporate the company’s core values into daily decisions and interactions. Core values include:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Floor sales and/or replenishment experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lbs., and climb.

$22.00 to $23.00 per hour.
