- Elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience as a trusted sleep authority
- Offer best-in-class products and execute Mattress Firm selling programs
- Support a seamless omnichannel experience and create a customer-centered store environment
- Lead resolution of customer-related issues and elevate when necessary
- Assist the Senior Store Manager in driving company initiatives and achieving sales performance goals
- Coach associates on selling practices
- Ensure execution of in-store merchandising across multiple store units
- Provide technical and product knowledge information as a subject matter expert
- Assist with training store associates
- Promote coaching to improve customer experience and selling aptitude
- Achieve or exceed store financial targets through effective execution and customer service
- Ensure product merchandising, marketing, and POP standards
- Follow procedures for product transfers and proper inventory documentation
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds
- Ability to support selling practices, merchandising execution, product knowledge, and associate training
- Ability to work in an in-store retail environment
- Qualifications and experience determine compensation within the stated range
