The Solution Sales Manager will oversee the market success of Service Now’s Moveworks AI products. These products are built on our market‑leading Service Management platform and create a single source of truth that enables enterprise processes to execute with uniform information.
What You Get To Do In This Role- Support territory strategy and planning to improve vertical understanding, account use‑case targeting, and execution
- Provide input to an account executive during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendations
- Ensure that recommendations to territory strategy and account planning align with Now Value principles
- Support customers in envisioning the value of a digital transformation and help develop strategy by partnering with the rest of the account team, customers, and partners
- Interlock with Solution Consultant & Specialist Solution Consultant on Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement based on engagement model
- Coach account executives, account development representatives, and account conversion experts with foundational specialty solution area knowledge to identify specialty solution opportunities and manage the sales cycle
- Customize the time allocation of responsibilities to the needs of the territory and account team and celebrate successes
- Champion diversity and belonging to contribute to an open and inclusive environment
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision‑making, or problem‑solving—including using AI‑powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI‑driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on a function or industry
- 5+ years of knowledge on the return on investment of specialty solution areas to lead solution wins
- Experience as an account executive or in an alternative sales/customer service role
- Understanding of business sales processes
- Travel required:

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $124,150 – $204,850, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Compensation varies by qualifications, experience, skills, and work location. Benefits include health plans, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, flexible time‑away plans, and family leave programs.
