We are seeking a proven software sales individual to sell our state-of-the-art Learning, Talent, and Skills software solutions to enterprises in Korea. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to key account manage existing customers, as well as drive new logo deals.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategy and territory plan for your assigned territory.
- Prospect target customers and qualify opportunities.
- Propose solutions that align to prospects’ and/or clients’ needs, goals and objectives.
- Work with partners when necessary, teaming with resellers, referral partners, advisory firms, etc.
- Expand relationships and penetration within existing clients in your portfolio.
- Deliver targeted and differentiating product demonstrations when required.
- Proactively and accurately manage opportunity/pipeline data in the CRM application (currently ).
- Consistently meet or exceed established quotas.
- Establish trusted partnerships with new and existing clients and collaborate with other functions to ensure client success and referenceability.
- Partner with the Service Delivery teams to ensure a smooth handoff of new wins into subsequent phases of the Client Lifecycle (e.g., implementation, adoption, and optimization).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a strong academic record.
- 10 or more years of relevant software or SaaS sales experience with a history of consistent goal attainment.
- Experience selling Human Capital Management (HCM) products highly preferred.
- An expansive network that includes potential target customers and channel implementation partners.
- Outstanding consultative/solution selling skills, consistently achieving and exceeding targets.
- Effective customer follow‑up from implementation through ongoing account management.
- Language skills:
English and Korean. - Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
- Consideration for privacy and security obligations.
