Open position for the Product Go-To-Market (PGTM) team within Google’s Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) organization, focused on You Tube Brand Auction products in the Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS) division.
About the JobThe GTM team ensures our Ads business runs smoothly, setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution. PGTM partners with ALCS to design, build, and drive product activation strategies, accelerating revenue by providing a unified focus on American product priorities. You will manage priorities in accelerating You Tube revenue, act as a bridge between You Tube and Large Customer Sales operations, and innovate new solutions to broad problems for the Americas region.
Responsibilities- Drive awareness, commercialization and activation of You Tube Brand Auction products across all AI-powered campaign types aligned to key GBO business objectives.
- Lead forums with sector-level video leads to ensure sector You Tube activation strategies are aligned to ALCS Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Business Forecast Meetings (BFMs), tracking and reporting progress toward annual goals.
- Activate training, events, and author communications to educate ALCS sellers on how to best activate new offerings with their customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive future You Tube Brand Auction product development, identify market-level feedback/product gaps, grow communication efforts, define adoption OKRs, and establish value propositions.
- Provide thought leadership on product activation and forward-looking product-related business opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory role.
- Understanding of the customer and market landscape, and how brands build on You Tube and competitors.
- Ability to influence and achieve alignment among senior stakeholders (e.g., Directors) with engaging objectives.
- Ability to convey complex information verbally and in writing, linking customer objectives to Google’s business objectives.
- Ability to own complex projects and datasets, manage project scoping, and drive operational excellence.
- Ability to develop unified activation strategies that drive regional business while allowing for nuance across international markets.
Canada: $156 000 – $160 000 CAD + 15 % bonus target + equity + benefits.
US: $152 000 – $222 000 USD + 15 % bonus target + equity + benefits.
