Territory Sales Representative

Become a Full‑Time HP Territory Retail Sales Representative. Starting pay $20.00/hr with a stable, flexible weekly schedule (Wednesday–Sunday). Duties include training retail associates, creating brand buzz, and increasing HP sales through direct store engagement.

• Visit 1-4 stores per day based on need.
• Demonstrate HP products to store management, staff, and customers.
• Conduct sales and product trainings and schedule them at least two weeks in advance.
• Manage monthly/quarterly KPIs for sales, product awareness, and brand merchandising.
• Build rapport with store management and staff; maintain brand standards in displays and merchandising.
• Document and report sales visits, activities, and best practices; collect customer feedback.
• Co‑mentor part‑time coworkers and manage territory independently.

• Weekly or next‑day pay via Daily Pay.
• Paid travel and mileage reimbursement within territory.
• Equipment provided; $50/month technology reimbursement.

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals.
• Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
• Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly.
• Schedule visits at least two weeks in advance.
• Demonstrate ability to influence business relationships through shelf space, product placement, and consistent productivity.
• Accurately document and maintain visit records.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred.
• 6+ months of successful training experience, preferably in direct marketing/telecommunications.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct a consultative selling process, overcoming objections and connecting with customer needs.
• Strong analytical, customer‑service orientation, multi‑tasking, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Independent performance in an unstructured work environment.
• Reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage.
• 1‑year retail experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus; 1‑year training experience; manager/assistant manager/key holder experience are a plus.
