Senior Commercial Account Executive

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Account Executive to join our Thought Spot team. The right candidate will have a demonstrated history of success in selling SaaS, preferably in the Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Analytics space. The ability to work independently in a rapidly growing environment is important, as is the ability to work with an early‑stage technical product that provides real value to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Develop and manage a territory of “Digital Native” commercial accounts, focusing on winning new Thought Spot customers. Pipeline generation is essential; you will prospect, develop new opportunities, and establish trust and credibility with end‑users, influencers, and decision‑makers at all levels. You will conduct product demonstrations in person and via web‑based technologies, manage complex sales cycles with large companies, and align with key partners in the territory to exceed targets.

• 5+ years of exceeding quota in a SaaS technology sales environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while teaming up with business partners to sell technology solutions between $50 K – $1 M+.
• Experience working closely with partners in your assigned territory is critical.
• Well‑spoken, poised, with the energy to command a room.
• A leader who influences others to work on behalf of the customer.

• Ability to track sales metrics and performance for personal improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) – preferred.

Spotters are expected in‑office 3 days per week to experience the local office energy while maintaining flexibility.
