FIELD Associate Special Project WELL Internship

CETEC is an international scientific consultancy focused on optimizing occupant health, well being, and performance and with an unparalleled record across 35+ years and 25 countries. Headquartered in Australia, CETEC has six offices around the world, including London, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Sydney.

As it expands its presence in the U.S., CETEC is seeking logical, thorough, and curious individuals to assist its environmental testing team.

The U.S. hub is located in the San Francisco Bay Area; the work is located in Mountain View.

Two short-term contract arrangements are needed for the week of January 10th. Longer-term employment is possible. Compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience, starting at $30/hour.

You will conduct to the highest level of quality, a range of field testing and sampling on the environmental impact of a potential source of pollutants affecting Indoor Air Quality (IAQ).

Direct responsibilities (training will be provided as needed):

Fieldwork:

• Understand the scope of works to be conducted.

• Be able to plan, prepare and manage all your scheduled site-work.

• Collect all samples and record measurements as per the scope of works.

• Adhere to OH&S legislation at all times:

• Be familiar with your responsibilities;

• Ensure the safety of yourself and others at all times; and

• Report any OH&S issues to your manager immediately upon occurrence.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree welcomed) in a STEM field of study related to one or more of the following specialties:
Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or Building Operations and Facilities Management.

- LEED and WELL Accredited Professional designation desired.
