Job Summary
* Coordinate any changes to Inter-Con posture, and disseminate any information received from your leadership or the client.
* Coordinate with supervisors to ensure security briefs are accurately updated with the correct information.
* Coordinate unplanned requests from the Client.
* Coordinate with the Client in regards to their priority training exercises
* Quality control on Supervisors.
* Deployment requirements are up to standard.
* Trackers, rosters & metrics are up to date.
* Audit day to day operations.
* Coordinate any personnel changes between respective sites.
* Take lead during weekly program syncs for respective areas.
* Update slides, ensuring accuracy, etc.
* Ensure your leadership is kept informed on any discrepancies or information passed down from client management in their respective areas.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between Management and the Supervisors for any issues with the employees.
* Ensure all officers are in compliance with Inter-Con and client policies/ procedures. Facilitate any and all deliveries of Inter-Con documentation, to include:
