Security Badging Admin – Mountain View, CA – Full Time
As a Security Badging Admin in Mountain View, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech, Media, Telecom, and more. You will monitor and patrol designated areas, keep a visible presence to deter security incidents, and provide excellent customer service through clear communication.

Job Schedule:
Mon – Fri 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Provide customer service to clients by following security procedures, site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
- Observe and report any suspicious activity or security‑related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with access control and help deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas.
- Support emergency response activities according to site protocols.
- Must have at least 2 years of security experience.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in the state where the job is located.
- Must have at least 2 years of Badging Admin experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- Must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- California Security Guard Card is preferred.
