Security Officer Interior Patrol in Mountain View, CA – you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as healthcare. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, performing routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service and communication. In this people‑first role you will support a caring environment through teamwork, integrity, and a reliable approach while helping staff, visitors, and patients feel welcomed and supported throughout the day.

Pay Rate: $25.50 / Hour

• Wednesday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Thursday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Friday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Saturday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Sunday 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations calmly and with problem‑solving skills, documenting observations and communicating with appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions, screening processes, and policy compliance while reporting security‑related concerns to site leadership.
• Maintain a professional presence in a healthcare environment, interacting respectfully with patients and staff, assisting with de‑escalation, and following post orders and Allied Universal standards.

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
