Live Nation Entertainment - - Responsibilities:
Monitor radio calls for security and medical support and report to location of incidents;
Document incidents using the appropriate company provided forms;
Collect & record incident details regarding involved parties, date, time & location of incident, description of how incident occurred and any resulting injuries or damage, witness statements, and actions taken after incident was reported;
Coordinate with dispatch crew, venue security, medical team, police officers and any other first responders to ensure incidents are responded to by all necessary support staff;
Provide incident reports and general event summary to venue management in digital and hard copy formats at the end of each event
