Security & Resilience Senior Associate - GSOC - AMS

As the security operations associate, your primary responsibility is to monitor, review CCTV, and identify the root cause of the alarms that are triggered by the system.

• Monitor, review CCTV, and identify the root cause of the alarms that are triggered by the system.
• Download badge reads of specific alarms for investigation.
• Coordinate with POC to escalated to GSOC any anomalies and suspicious activity found in an area and create incident reports and dispatch security officers when needed.
• Coordinate with POC and create ticket for camera or door issues that hinder review/monitoring.
• Conduct investigation on irregular activities that may compromise data center and overall site securities.

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required.
• Good command of English language (verbal & written).
• 2-4 years experience with security, safety, investigative field, and operating CCTV hardware – with exposure to security software tools and video monitoring.
• Background in handling confidential or high‑level security information – able to maintain high sense of urgency.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is required.
