Concierge Security Officer

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Sunnyvale, CA. Six months of security experience required and a valid driver’s license. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and able to provide a high‑school diploma or GED.

• Customer service duties: welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Manage access control and perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• State security license and additional 32‑hour BSIS security trainings (additional training can be obtained during the hiring process).
• Valid driver’s license and at least 21 years of age.
• Exceptional customer service skills and proficiency in basic phone & computer skills.
• At least one year of security experience.
• Security, military or law‑enforcement experience is a plus.

• Site location:
  Sunnyvale, CA.
• Schedule (A):
  Saturday – Wednesday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.
