Home First in Mountain View, CA seeks a Resident Advocate for the Cold Weather Shelter Program. This temporary, full-time non-exempt role supports on-site operations, assists participants with housing plans, and ensures safety and service delivery at the shelter.
You will document services in HMIS, conduct intake assessments, and coordinate with program staff to meet participants' needs with trauma-informed care and Crisis Prevention techniques. Nights/weekends possible.
