Sr Back-End Engineer; Node.js

Avenue Code is looking for an experienced and motivated Sr Back End Engineer to join our team. We expect you to be a quick thinker, able to work independently, and comfortable leading initiatives when required, bringing a solid amount of hands-on experience across modern backend tech stacks and guiding less-experienced engineers on the team without formally managing them. If you are adaptable, creative, and capable of navigating ambiguity in a start up environment, this opportunity is for you.

This is a 3x onsite at Mountain View role.

• Team works on complex data search, consolidation, and analytics — with a strong reliance on Google Cloud ecosystem.
• The role includes exposure to AI/ML features, so ability to understand and integrate AI-driven components is valuable.
• The Backend Node.js engineers that will work on backend API's as well as structured data and ETL mappings.

• Strong Back End JS developer
• Experienced with Agile development teams

• Unit Testing and Integration Testing using Jest
• NestJS framework using Type Script
