As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be part of the Online Voices Presence and Value team to build the next generation of experiences and tools for content creators on Search and Discover. You will have experience managing engineering teams to deliver external end-user facing product innovation, achieving product market fit, and scaling the solution. Our work is a zero to one effort in creating new product value for social media content creators on Google Search and Discover, where you’ll be a key player in ensuring a thriving future for Google Search through innovating and delivering compelling product experiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
