Manager Updates

• Experience in End-to-end testing for a minimum of one of the following:
  Boot loader, Kernel, TEE, and Trusted Applications (TAs). This experience must be clearly outlined in the resume.
• Working on multiple Secure Products, and enhancing the product – below the application layer, and this position is specifically about Android system.
• Duties – integration, performance testing, API’s, life cycles, and instrumentation – Automation framework is already in place.
• Need someone expertise in QA lifecycle + validating Android system below the application layer (below the UI layer, lower level Android components --- Linux Kernel, Boot loader, Boot sequence, Android HAL, AOSP, Trust Zone/TEE (Trusted Execution Environment) and System UI)
• There is no UI – so we have to write our own in-house framework to ensure we are interacting with the components at the framework layer. So MUST have expertise understanding of Android systems.
• Bachelor Degree minimum – Advanced Degrees welcome with at least 5+ years’ experience
• Strong Java and/or Python required.
• Should know ADB, logcat, and Memory Analyzer Tools.

• 5+ years of experience in Android system testing or QA (application, system, or framework level).
• Experience writing test automation or scripts using Java, Python, or similar languages
• Hands-on experience with Android debugging tools such as ADB, logcat, and Memory Analyzer Tools.
• Knowledge in Android system and its layered architecture, from the foundation of the Linux kernel to the user-facing applications the Android including Framework
• Solid understanding of Android fundamentals, including components, life cycles, and system services.
• Excellent understanding of QA processes, test methodologies, and defect tracking.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in End-to-end testing for a minimum of one of the following:
  Boot loader, Kernel, TEE, and Trusted Applications (TAs)
• Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Understanding of kernel debugging concepts and system-level analysis
• Awareness of Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) and Trusted Applications (TA)
• Experience testing Android builds or custom Android images.
• Familiarity with Android build tools (e.g., Gradle).
• Interest or exposure to performance testing, benchmarking, or AI-related features on Android.
