As a Sr Software Engineer on iOS, you will design and develop core user experience components, capabilities, and frameworks, establish the underlying infrastructure, collaborate with design systems and product engineering teams, and provide architectural guidance. Your role will enable these teams to experiment and build their features with high quality and velocity.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a Linked In office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
This role is based in Mountain View, CA.
Responsibilities- You will design and execute user‑facing features for the native Linked In app on iOS devices by leveraging mobile operating system frameworks for multi‑threading, persisting data, and managing user experience and graphics across multiple screen sizes.
- You will use the latest cutting‑edge technologies and libraries suggested by Apple for building responsive native apps for iOS.
- You will build scalable native mobile apps using Linked In’s internal libraries.
- You will produce high‑quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed and checked in regularly for continuous integration.
- You will provide technical leadership, driving best engineering practices to initiate, plan, and execute large‑scale, cross‑functional, and company‑wide critical programs.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of industry experience
- 2+ years programming experience in languages such as Objective‑C, UIKit, Swift, Java, Kotlin
- 4+ years of relevant work experience
- MS in Computer Science or related technical discipline

The pay range for this role is $125,000 to $206,000 . Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans. For more information, visit
