The US base salary range for this full-time position is $207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. * + Lead the design, implementation, and technical roadmap of large-scale projects within AI-powered navigation and the infrastructure of Google Ads frontend.

+ Solve complex issues in web application performance, scalability, and reliability.

+ Collaborate with partner teams to provide infrastructure solutions that meet their needs.

+ Mentor and coach fellow engineers, promoting high standards for code quality, testing, and system health.

+ Ensure the smooth operation of critical production systems through on-call participation and proactive identification of areas for improvement.
