The US base salary range for this full-time position is $262,000-$365,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
* Offer technical oversight and direction across the portfolio and projects. Engage with teams on technical issues, including design reviews, architecture choices, code contributions, and debugging.
* Mentor and coach project teams, promoting good engineering practices and improving the technical quality of projects. Define, refine, and help implement practices and processes for technical execution and review within the iteration models.
* Develop and promote a technical strategy to increase the success rate and impact of the Innovation Accelerator programs.
* Contribute to defining and implementing the project graduation process, working to ensure smooth transitions of projects to sponsoring teams.
* Collaborate with Technical Leads/Managers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to grow the scope and impact of the program.
