- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Experience delivering embedded system software for consumer devices.
- Experience in hardware/software debug at the SoC and board level.

We are the System team for Pixel - ensuring success and quality of complete products. We achieve our improvements through bring‑up, development, factory, launch, and in‑market phases. Our improvements take the form of systemic changes in our operating system, tools, developer workflows, testing, debugging, releases, metrics and telemetry.
The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $207,000‑$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership on high‑impact projects.
- Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large‑scale software solutions.
- Drive system software quality from bring‑up through launch and in‑market phases through technical contributions and leadership.
