ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and implementing AI solutions for Tencent’s overseas game studios to improve game development and operation efficiency. Work in an agile team, adopting technologies such as Agentic AI, Gen AI, and LLM to deliver AI‑empowered services and solutions. Fine‑tune LLMs and design/implement AI Agent Systems using open‑source frameworks like Lang Chain/Lang Graph.
Qualifications- Quick learner.
- Positive, self‑motivated, and passionate.
- Independent, insistent, and open‑minded.
- Pursuing a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AI/ML, Deep Learning, LLM, RAG.
- Knowledge of one or more open‑source AI Agent Frameworks:
Lang Chain/Lang Graph, Auto Gen, CrewAI. - Proficiency in Python development.
- Knowledge of Git, Jenkins.
Tencent Overseas IT empowers Tencent’s global growth with IT platforms, applications, and services. The Cloud Center of Excellence team focuses on infrastructure and practices to enable overseas game studios. You will work on the strategic Cloud‑enable Studio project, transforming studios into remotely accessible virtual studios powered by cloud technology.
