Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a full‑stack Product Engineer who will architect and build core aspects of the Inventive platform, shape our technical direction from day one, and own the end‑to‑end experience across the product. This role is in person at our HQ in Mountain View, CA and comes with competitive salary, benefits, and meaningful equity. • Strategic Impact – work directly with founders to influence technical and product direction.
• End‑to‑End Ownership – take ideas from rough concepts to production‑ready systems.
• Customer‑Driven Development – talk to customers, understand their needs, and translate feedback into technical solutions.

• Develop product features across the platform, from design to implementation.
• Build end‑to‑end solutions spanning frontend (Type Script, React, Next.js) and backend (Python/Django/APIs), services, and database layers.
• Build reliable user interfaces, reusable components, manage app state, and optimize API calls.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build a robust, world‑class product that delights users.
• Write high‑quality, well‑documented, testable code while moving fast to deliver outcomes.
• Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and user experience.

• 5‑8 years of full‑stack engineering experience.
• Strong frontend development skills (Type Script, React, Tailwind CSS).
• Obsess over building the product with best UX and quality.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrate ownership and thrive in unstructured environments.
• Ability to move quickly and meet tight deadlines.

• Hands‑on experience with Language Models and AI/ML integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.).
• Experience with Redis for caching and session management.
• Enterprise software development experience with security and compliance considerations.
