Enterprise Engineer

The role will be based in Mountain View, CA and involves building infrastructure to support our rapidly growing Finance Systems and Business Processes, using technology vision, architecture and design for high‑volume, 24x7 reliable systems.

Responsibilities
  • Develop multi‑tier scalable, high‑volume performing, and reliable internal user‑centric applications that operate 24x7.
  • Produce high quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in regularly for continuous integration.
  • Maintain highest levels of development practices including technical design, solution development, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution, writing clean, modular and self‑sustaining code, and checked in regularly for continuous integration.
  • Supply technical skills in Oracle EBS applications to plan, execute, and deliver large‑scale, cross‑functional programs with full ownership from requirements review through technical design, build, unit test, deployment, and hyper‑care.
  • Participating in a team‑oriented environment to develop complex system solutions.
  • Troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining the core product software to optimize, scale, and improve existing code.
  • Identify, leverage, and successfully evangelize opportunities to improve engineering productivity.
  • Partner with internal teams to define and implement solutions that improve internal business processes. Integrate third‑party products into Oracle ERP system.
  • Develop APIs to support integrations between Oracle EBS and other application platforms (Engineering Systems, Service provisioning tools, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Work closely together with colleagues from different departments and external partner(s) for new implementations and problem solving.
Basic Qualifications
  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or related practical experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in software design and development.
  • 2+ years of experience with Enterprise Software Implementation and Integration experience (including Architecture, Analysis, Design and Development Oracle Financial Applications).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL and Shell scripting.
  • Experience with languages like Java, Python, or Java script.
  • Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server and No

    SQL databases. This would include schema design, writing DML queries and performance tuning queries.
  • Experience with month end & quarter end close processes in OTC (TCA, Inventory, Pricing, Contracts, Invoice Processing, Receipts, Refunds, Accounting, Revenue Recognition).
  • Experience with Oracle fusion cloud applications.
  • Experience in AI‑driven development using tools like Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code or similar AI coding assistants for code generation, optimization, and accelerated delivery.
  • Integration experience using business events, workflows and Web Service call integrations through Rest / JSON is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience in integration of Third‑Party Application with Oracle EBS like Vertex tax engine, Salesforce/Dynamics CRM etc.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Test‑driven development (TDD) and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with relational databases (transactional and non‑transactional), database architecture, and distributed transaction management.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
