Test Engineer

Minimum qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Test Engineer‑related occupation.
• Position requires 3 years of experience in the following:
  Developing test methodologies; writing test plans; creating test cases; defining and documenting test strategy for various RF technologies including cellular, WiFi, BT, and UWB on both MLB and OTA levels for consumer hardware; analyzing systems architecture and applying systems thinking to decompose systems into testable components; applying knowledge of the product development lifecycle to software testing, firmware testing, and hardware performance validation;
  
  designing, writing, testing, and maintaining software applications using one or more programming languages; and utilizing test automation tools or creating and using test automation frameworks to set up test functions and evaluate outcomes.

The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $201,100 - $218,000 plus 15% bonus target plus equity plus benefits determined by role, level, and location. • Lead the development and use of automation tools and scripts to improve product health and engineering efficiency.
• Develop comprehensive test plans based on product strategies and lead review sessions with cross‑functional teams.
• Define and promote new test frameworks, preconditions, and reporting functions to enable effective functionality testing.
• Drive initiatives to create new or improve existing test infrastructure for increased productivity in test development and deployment.
• Influence product design and the release cycle by participating in design reviews and contributing to code quality; analyze test outcomes, debug failures, and synthesize data into actionable insights for engineering and product stakeholders. International Travel Required.
