UI​/UX Designer

Our mission is to empower patients to collect and share all their health information as machine‑computable data, helping society get the most from a challenging healthcare system.

We are looking for a UI/UX designer who can bring creative excellence to deliver leading‑edge user experiences through world‑class UI designs, from concept to final product release.

• Rapidly drive a project from concept through design, prototype, and final implementation.
• Design and produce pixel‑perfect UI mockups based on wireframes and UX.
• Develop novel and innovative approaches to visualizing information.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering, product, and business teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces across web and mobile channels.
• Write front‑end code to implement an advanced user experience.

• 5+ years of experience and expertise in UX/UI, graphic design, HTML5, CSS, Sketch, and Adobe CS tools.
• Delivering innovative user experiences from concept to prototype to final product, including user research, storyboarding, wire framing, and interactive design.
• Working with engineering to implement UI templates and design specifications ensuring visual consistency across platforms (Web, iOS/Android, Messaging, Email, etc.).
• Designing responsive UI for visualization of complex data via graphs, timelines, and map‑oriented views.
• Coding with JavaScript and build tools like npm, Babel, Webpack, and server‑side frameworks such as Express (Node.js).
• Experience with precompiled CSS languages like SASS, LESS, and Stylus.
• Experience writing tests with Mocha, Chai, and Jasmine.

• Bachelor's Degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or equivalent.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
