Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop high-quality AI/ML software solutions to meet project requirements, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical leads to define and refine technical specifications, taking ownership of design oversight, scoping and project deliverables.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the subteam.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and uphold best practices, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure the reliability and stability of our systems.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SW, cloud engineering or ML engineering with a BS degree (3+ years of experience with an MS degree).
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go).
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact, production-quality software in the cloud.
- Experience with ML tools and platforms such as notebooks, VertexAI.
- Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure tools like Terraform, Git Hub.
- Proficiency in Go or Python.
- Experience in building model training and deployment environments in the cloud.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $148,000 - $210,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
