Role
As an Android engineer on this team, you'll contribute to core mobile infrastructure with a focus on stability, performance, and observability across the entire app surface. This includes building and maintaining frameworks that make the mobile apps resilient, fast, and deeply measurable—so that teams across the company can deliver world‑class experiences.
You'll help scale and refine the Android stack, design tools and patterns that enable developer velocity, and lead efforts to ensure that every session, stream, and tap is monitored and understood. From low‑level crash segmentation to high‑level stream health diagnostics, you'll be part of the team that defines what excellence looks like on the application.
Team members in this role are required to be within commuting distance of the San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, New York City, London or Krakow hub.
Qualifications- 3+ years of full‑time software engineering experience in high growth startups, or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Android expertise in creating fluid, responsive user interfaces
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Adept at reactive programming with Kotlin Coroutines and Flows
- Fluent in MVI or MVVM development

Full‑time (Salary) US‑based applicants: $165,000/year to $216,000/year + benefits + equity. The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits or equity.
