Job Description As an AI/ML Software Engineer on the Search team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of how billions of users discover information. You'll work on cutting-edge machine learning models, including deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and information retrieval techniques, to enhance search relevance, understanding, and user experience.

Responsibilities:  Design, develop, and deploy large-scale machine learning systems for Google Search.  Collaborate with researchers and product managers to translate research breakthroughs into production-ready features.  Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, and stability of search algorithms.  Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate on models to achieve state-of-the-art performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.  Strong programming skills in Python, C++, or Java.  

Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, PyTorch) and libraries.  Familiarity with NLP techniques and large language models.  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
