As one of our first engineers, you’ll shape the technical foundation of Socratix AI. You’ll design and ship production‑grade AI agents, collaborate directly with founders on product strategy, and partner with both large enterprises and cutting‑edge startups. This is a high‑impact role with massive scope for growth — you won’t just be building features, you’ll be defining how AI transforms financial operations.

• 2–4 years of software engineering experience (CS degree or equivalent background).
• Strong backend development skills with Python + FastAPI.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and API design.
• A 0 → 1 builder mindset — comfortable creating from scratch.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑paced startup environments.

• Startup experience leading significant projects.
• AI expertise:
  Lang Chain, RAG, embeddings, multi‑agent systems, fine‑tuning.
