The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Commure, located in Mountain View, CA. Commure is building the AI Operating System for healthcare, a foundational platform that redefines how care is delivered, documented, and financed through Ambient AI, intelligent Agents, and autonomous RCM processing. This role is crucial for transforming healthcare’s $1 trillion administrative burden by automating and scaling traditionally manual workflows. You will build solutions with immediate impact on patient care, working quickly and taking full ownership from concept to production.

- Team:
Intersects with Product, Data, and Implementation teams - Mission:
Automate and scale traditionally manual workflows that underpin healthcare operations, from claim submissions to payment posting. - Tech Stack: SQL, APIs, LLMs, Python, Zapier, Retool, custom scripts
- Own processes:
Take full ownership of key verticals or client workflows, from discovery to deployment, ensuring repeatability and measurable impact. - Automate workflows:
Design and automate manual claim-related workflows using SQL, APIs, scripts, and emerging tools to improve scalability. - Collaborate cross-functionally:
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to influence roadmap priorities and scale successful solutions. - Analyze and optimize:
Build dashboards and reporting pipelines to monitor productivity, quality, and financial outcomes, identifying bottlenecks and automating fixes.
- Background: 2+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or data-heavy roles at a tech company or fast-paced startup.
- Experience:
Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end, working autonomously in ambiguous, fast-changing environments. - Skills:
Strong SQL and Python fluency; excellent problem-solving and systems-thinking skills, able to diagnose root causes and design scalable solutions. - Bonus:
Experience in healthcare operations, claims, or billing systems; experience building or integrating workflows via APIs, Python, or web automation tools; experience building with LLMs, SQL apps, or data pipelines.
