• Understanding of how large-scale systems work and their components interact.

Ads Doc Service aims at maintaining the signal repositories for landing pages, keywords, creative texts to enable Ads Quality. It provides different backend processing frameworks to compute, store and access rich signals that can be used to optimize Ads.

We observe and understand every ad destination (Landing Page), Keyword, Query, Creative that is visible to our users and make them easily available to our clients.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

• Lead the design and technical execution of different core landing page infra capabilities.
• Partner closely with Ads teams across Google to understand their product requirements and create a design/long-term roadmap that enables that outlook.
• Define the short-term/long-term technical roadmap for the infra. Push for pioneering, "first-of-its-kind" AI/technical features with the need for robust, production-grade infrastructure.
• Optimize real-time performance, latency, and resource footprint across different client architectures and use cases.
