Ads Personalization and User Modeling Infra (A1 infra) is a full end-to-end user modeling platform used by all Ads serving systems. The user profiles and features generated via A1 infra by thousands of profilers built by various clients feed directly into ad serving for personalization, model training and model serving. Improving ads personalization and relevance is one of the highest priority work streams across You Tube Ads, Discover, GMail, Search Ads and Display Ads.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $207000 - $300000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects.
• Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
• Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
