Distribution Assistant

Are you an experienced Distribution or Logistics professional with hands-on expertise in domestic and international shipping
? We're looking for a Distribution Specialist to join our team in Mountain View, CA and support global shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.

• Support daily shipping and receiving operations across the campus.
• Coordinate domestic and international parcel and freight shipments.
• Prepare shipping documentation, including commercial invoices for international shipments.
• Work closely with carriers, suppliers, manufacturing sites, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Execute logistics processes while meeting departmental goals and service levels.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external logistics partners.
• Maintain warehouse and transportation operations to support seamless product distribution.

• 5+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, shipping & receiving, or warehouse operations
  .
• Hands-on experience with international parcel and freight shipping (required).
• Experience working with domestic and international carriers such as Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, and freight providers.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation and commercial invoices for international shipments.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
