Veterinary Receptionist

Overview

Brier Veterinary Hospital is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to become the next member of our incredible team. As the face of the hospital, our CSRs greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide.

This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.

This is a flexible position with availability needed Wednesday
- Friday from 7:45am- 5:30pm and every third Saturday from 8am-1pm.

• Compensation: $20-22 per hour, for each hour worked*

• 2+ years of client service experience
• Previous veterinary experience is desired, but not required

As one of the area’s highest-rated animal hospitals, we are dedicated to earning clients’ trust to care for their beloved pets. We’re currently open Monday-Saturday, and mainly perform routine GP services as well as soft tissue surgery and dentistry.
