Provides excellent service and support as an integral part of the Deposit Operations team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Effectively prioritize internal and external requests, building strong relationships between operations and the entire Bank
- Provide excellent customer service, delivering support and answering internal and external inquiries by phone or email
- Professional oral and written communication skills and follow-up when corresponding with employees and customers
- Prepare and mail various daily notices
- Place Debit and Credit card orders, handle card maintenance & disputes
- Ability to understand and execute risk assessment processes
- Process Visa CAMS / Card tracker alerts - Prepare and review multiple reports and logs - daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly
- Support Branch requests
- Card denial troubleshooting, Card Valet troubleshooting, various research, general card related questions - Assist manager with research and projects related to Deposit Operations products, processes and procedures
- Review current processes, make recommendations for improvement
- Cross train to perform other functions in Deposit Operations as requested
