Position Summary
Provides excellent service and support as an integral part of the Deposit Operations team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Effectively prioritize internal and external requests, building strong relationships between operations and the entire Bank
- Provide excellent customer service, delivering support and answering internal and external inquiries by phone or email
- Professional oral and written communication skills and follow-up when corresponding with employees and customers
- Prepare and mail various daily notices
- Place Debit and Credit card orders, handle card maintenance & disputes
- Ability to understand and execute risk assessment processes – Process Visa CAMS / Card tracker alerts
- Prepare and review multiple reports and logs – daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly
- Support Branch requests – Card denial troubleshooting, Card Valet troubleshooting, various research, general card related questions
- Assist manager with research and projects related to Deposit Operations products, processes and procedures
- Review current processes, make recommendations for improvement
- Cross train to perform other functions in Deposit Operations as requested

- Must be able to embrace and quickly adapt to change as a result of internal, market or regulatory policy changes.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office Products, have 45+ WPM typing speed, and 10-key experience.

- Employee will primarily operate in a general office environment, using office equipment such as a phone and computer.
- The noise level in the work environment is moderate compared to a private office with light foot traffic and office equipment.

Salary: $20.00 per hour
