Role Summary

Join us as an Information Analyst III within our Workforce Management team and help turn complex data into meaningful insights that drive smarter decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Confer with business partners on the most complex business topics to determine business needs and report requirements, and provide appropriate solutions through extracting and analyzing data for the purpose of increasing revenue, decreasing costs, and complying with regulations.
  • Organize other analysts and monitor technical efforts to accomplish specific goals.
  • Design, develop, document, maintain, and review data extracts, reports, and analyses from complex ad‑hoc requests submitted by employees throughout the company.
  • Peer‑review the work of others in the department and across the company, assess the peer‑review skills and processes of departments, and work with them on process improvements.
  • Recommend and evaluate improvements to operational databases, data quality, and productivity; organize and implement changes; and train team members.
  • Test and document results consistent with department standards; review work of others for completeness; create and maintain documentation standards.
  • Develop dashboards to streamline communication of key data metrics and trends.
  • Analyze and resolve complex problems, assess alternatives, and implement solutions; identify, analyze, and research errors found during peer‑review; evaluate new procedures; and direct work with other departments to implement solutions.
  • Lead work teams to accomplish specific project goals.
  • Prepare estimates of resources and costs needed to accomplish tasks by assessing the complexity and volume of work against the skills of those expected to complete the tasks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Health Care Administration, or a related field, or four (4) years of work experience.
  • Five (5) years of experience in a data analytics and/or reporting role.
  • Workforce management experience.
  • Three years of experience in a healthcare discipline.
  • Excellent MS SQL, SAS, Hadoop, and programming skills.
  • Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.

Salary

National Plus Salary Range: $92,400.00 – $ (used in higher cost‑of‑labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska). Compensation will be discussed during the interview to align with market and candidate experience.
